Rise & Shine is a quaint shop I own and operate in Edmonds, Washington. Rise & Shine opened in 2010 and fulfilled a lifelong dream of mine to open my deli so that I can share my Vietnamese cuisine with the community. I do everything on my own, including baking fresh-made banh mi and pastry and grilling every piece of meat. Cooking is what I do best, and I want to share that with people in my community. In the summer of 2021, after being in Shoreline for many years, I moved to a larger location with indoor seatings. I hope to see you at my shop soon!
